Smooth and enjoyable home buying process
We are a military family that moved from out of state. We found Karin and Nicole through Karin’s YouTube series. The YouTube channel was great, we felt like we had already known Karin before ever making contact; it had answered most of questions alone. Working with Nicole and Karin made our first time home buying process very smooth and enjoyable.

Karin was an absolute pleasure to work with! I reached out to her via PCSgrades referral and she turned around and called me the same day to go over our needs and get a feel for us. She is also a military spouse so my acronyms and need to find a home ASAP were something that she was well versed in. What I loved most about our experience was the virtual reality videos and glasses! Karin sent us videos of the homes we were interested in and we got to watch them via the VR glasses and it was like we were right there in the home. Doing these videos helped us narrow down our options so that our list went from 10 homes to 3. This helped us not waste everyone's time when we came to view in person. This service is also great for military families who might need to purchase sight unseen. Karin answered all our questions, walked us through the entire process, and was easy to reach via email and cell phone. We knew what to expect and where we were in the process every step of the way. We got the perfect home, in the school district we wanted, within our budget and timeline constraints, and made a friend along the way. We can't recommend Karin enough!

A few months ago (January)my husband and I were googling Living in Savannah, as we always had dreamed of having a vacation home there or close by and eventually moving there. I came across a website by Karin Carr and sent her an email just casually mentioning that we were interested but still were in the searching stages. She went above and beyond to send us info that helped get our search started. We are happy to say that today we just found out we are buying a house in Georgia. Karin went to numerous homes for us and videotaped them creating a virtual reality house tour for us which made it seem like we were right there in the house seeing everything …We have never had to follow up with her on anything we asked - she is on the ball with everything. Since I only had one weekend to look at houses in person, Karin offered to look at all the houses I was interested in, before I arrived. I sent her a list of 15 different houses, and she went and looked at each one for me, while providing a 360 degree video of each. It allowed me to view each house and get a true virtual tour unlike what you see on most real estate websites. With just the click of a mouse, I could pan the room from floor to ceiling or from left to right. It allowed me to very easily eliminate 75% of the houses, without ever actually stepping foot inside. Once I had narrowed it down to 5 houses, Karin took me on a tour of each one, all in one day, so that we could make an offer quickly while I was in still in Savannah on my housing search weekend. She was extremely helpful in explaining the entire process, as this was my first home purchase. But even after the offer was accepted, she didn’t stop working! Since I had flown back to California, she met with a roofer, contractor, and inspector, to help get quotes on repairs for parts of the new house. She even picked me up from the airport on the day of closing. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. There was never a moment I did not feel confident in her abilities and I always felt she had my best interest in mind. Almost two years ago my Fiance' and I decided we wanted to move to Savannah Ga from our home in Pennsylvania. When we started doing general searches about the area, I came across Karin's website and immediately knew she was the person for us.
