My name is Karin Carr and I have more than 21 years of real estate experience, including seven years specializing in bank-owned property disposition. From 2007 through 2012, I listed and sold nearly 200 bank-owned properties in Northern California while working with leading asset management companies and platforms including Equator, Res.net, Green River Capital, DispoSolutions, Ocwen, and many others.
After moving to GA in 2015, I am a Savannah REO agent providing REO listing and disposition services. I service the greater Savannah, GA area, including Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan counties. I understand the importance of accurate BPOs, prompt communication, occupancy verification, preservation coordination, vendor management, pricing strategy, and timely execution from assignment through closing.
